I reached out for help, but the replies I got were confusing. I didn’t really feel like my issue was understood, and I’m still not sure what I was supposed to do.

I had a good experience browsing Nootropic Source overall. They’ve got a wider selection than I expected, especially if you’re comparing different nootropics and similar products. I appreciated that it wasn’t just the same handful of common options you see everywhere.
The only downside is that the site itself could be a little easier to browse, and a few pages feel kind of basic. That said, the product variety is definitely a strong point, and I’d still say it’s a solid 4-star experience.

"Got the wrong item this time"
I’ve ordered from this brand before and usually stick with them because I’ve had good experiences, so this was a little disappointing. One of the items in my order wasn’t what I picked, and I had to deal with sorting it out after it arrived. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it was definitely annoying, especially since I expected better from a brand I normally trust.

"I really wanted to feel good about..."
I really wanted to feel good about using this site, especially since a friend of mine mentioned they’d been looking at it too, but I’m just not totally convinced yet. Some of the info felt a little light, and the overall setup didn’t give me the most confident feeling. It might be perfectly fine, but personally I’d need clearer details and a bit more transparency before I’d be comfortable ordering again.

I’ve ordered from Nootropic Source a few times now, and from my experience, the best time to buy is definitely when they have a promo code going. The discounts can really add up, especially if you’re placing a larger order, so that’s usually what gets me to come back and check the site. Checkout has been straightforward every time, and the codes applied without any hassle or weird errors. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real problems either. My only small gripe is that I wish some of the sales lasted a little longer, because if you miss one, it’s a bit disappointing

"Seems legit to me, right?"
I’ve ordered twice now, and both products seemed genuine as far as I can tell. The packaging was basic, but it was fine and nothing looked off to me. The effects matched what I was expecting, so that made me feel better about it. Shipping did take a little longer one of the times, which is why I’m giving 4 stars, but overall it seems legit so far. I’m not always sure what to look for with stuff like this, so I was kind of relieved that the lab reports were easy to find and not hidden somewhere. It made me feel a little more comfortable ordering from them, at least in my experience

The box showed up crushed, which was frustrating, but I’m guessing it was just bad timing somewhere along the way. Luckily, the jars inside were still fine, so it wasn’t a total loss.

"Disappointed With the Freshness"
Shipping was fine, but I was disappointed when I opened it. The powder had this old smell to it and was a little clumpy, which made it feel like it wasn’t fresh at all. I really expected better, so I probably won’t be ordering it again anytime soon

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the shipping, but it actually ended up being more reasonable than I thought. I kept waiting for some random extra charge at checkout, but nothing weird showed up. Price felt fair, and the order arrived without any issues. I’ve ordered from them a couple of times now, and the prices seem reasonable compared to other places I checked. The packaging was basic, nothing fancy, but I kind of got the impression they’re more focused on keeping costs down than making it look premium, which is fine by me. For the amount you get, it feels like a solid deal. I’d order again as long as the prices stay around where they are

I’ve ordered this a few times now, and the scoops/servings have been consistent each time. Nothing fancy to say, but it’s nice when the amount you get lines up with what you expect and doesn’t randomly change from batch to batch. Seems like a basic thing, but it makes a difference. "Checkout was easy"
Checkout was easy enough on my phone and everything loaded fine. I was glad I didnt have to keep re-entering my info, that always gets annoying fast.
The only thing I’d change is showing the shipping cost a bit earlier instead of right at the end. Not a huge deal tho, my order still went through with no problems
